Now, IDODOLL 3.0 body makeup is designed by a professional makeup factory that specializes in multiple doll brands. From design to production, the entire makeup process is handled by this factory. The body makeup has been upgraded from three layers to five layers, with some areas reaching 7 to 10 layers. After the first three steps and once the silicone has cured, the doll’s skin already possesses basic texture features. The skeleton features a total of 34 movable joints, including clavicle joints and double joints in the limbs. IDO Doll uses the standard M16 connection method to attach the head to the body. For each doll, IDO Doll provides two types of connectors to choose from:
1.M16 Bolt
The M16 bolt is a common head connector for dolls. It connects the head and neck by screwing the bolt in with a spiral rotation.
2.Insert-Type M16 Adapter
Generally, one end of the insert-type M16 adapter has a standard M16 external thread, while the other end features a raised boss with a positioning hole. During installation, simply screw the threaded end into the neck, and then directly insert the other end into the head, making the entire installation process more convenient and efficient.

The secret of I DO DOLL’s super weight reduction and super soft touch is Weight Reduction Tech 4.0. First of all, we need to know that the structure of silicone dolls has three layers: The innermost is the skeleton, outside the skeleton is wrapped with a weight reduction layer, the foam inner liner, and outside the weight reduction layer is wrapped with a silicone layer,i.e.silicone skin of the doll. So, the feel of the doll is determined not only by the silicone layer but also by the weight reduction layer.
After understanding the structure of the doll, let’s take a look at Weight Reduction Tech 3.0 and how it achieves weight reduction. 1. In the first step, the skeleton is wrapped with a foam liner. 2. In the second step, the foam liner is wrapped with a layer of TPU knit fabric to prevent silicone fluid from penetrating it. This layer of fabric serves two purposes: it prevents silicone liquid from penetrating the foam liner and helps improve the adhesion of the doll’s silicone skin to the foam liner. Please note, however, that despite the elasticity of the TPU knitted fabric, it becomes quite hard after inflation, resulting in the whole doll feeling hard to the touch.
