2. Shipping Delays

If the delivery of your doll exceeds 60 working days, we will provide a full refund and ship a replacement doll to you free of charge.

The following special circumstances are not subject to the above time limit:

  • If the product includes special features such as electric hips, oral functions, or implanted hair, or if you have specific requirements that extend production time, a separate delivery time will be agreed upon. If certain features require additional payment or confirmation before production, the delivery time will be calculated from the completion of confirmation.
  • If the product is shipped from China and production time is significantly extended due to special holidays or factory scheduling.
  • If the product is from brands with long production times, such as Elsa Babe or Fanreal. Please refer to the production time table above.
  • For U.S. warehouses, the maximum delivery time is 10 days, with a compensation eligibility period of 20 days. For European and Canadian warehouses, the maximum delivery time is 15 days, with a compensation eligibility period of 30 days.
