Refund & Cancellation Policy: All returns, refunds, or cancellations on orders paid via PayPal are free of charge (no processing fees).

3. Installment Payment

3.1 Installment Payment Methods

3.1.1 PayPal Pay Later (Interest-Free)

We partner with PayPal to offer interest-free installment options in select countries. Here's how it works:

  • 1. Checkout: Select your items at checkout and choose a PayPal installment option (e.g., "Pay in 4", "Pay in 3", or your local equivalent). Pay your first installment upfront to lock in your order.
  • 2. Payment Schedule: The remaining balance is split into 3 equal payments, due every two weeks over a 6-week period. You are automatically enrolled in autopay at checkout; the remaining payments will be automatically deducted from your chosen payment method on the scheduled dates. You may also make extra or unscheduled payments anytime via the PayPal app or website with no penalty.
    Note: If you make a manual payment to replace a scheduled automatic payment, it must be received prior to 11:59 PM the day before the due date to prevent the automatic debit from also processing.
  • 3. Order Shipment: The merchant ships your item immediately after checkout—no waiting for the full balance to be paid.

Advantages:

  • Zero Interest/Fees: No interest, no late fees, no handling fees, and no sign-up fees when payments are made on time.
  • Immediate Fulfillment: Receive your order right away while you pay over time.
  • Price Lock: The item's price is fixed at the time of purchase, unaffected by future price increases.
  • Purchase Protection: Eligible for PayPal Purchase Protection.
  • Refund-Friendly: If you return an item, any payments you've already made are refunded to your original payment method with no cancellation or refund fees.

Eligibility: You must be 18+ (or the age of majority in your province/territory), have a PayPal account in good standing with a valid payment method linked, and pass a soft credit check that will not affect your credit score.
