Beautiful

I’m very happy with this purchase,the doll looks beautiful just like in the pictures.im having lots of fun can’t recommend enough.customer service is top notch as well very reliable.

Dissatisfied and Frustrated

The moment the box arrived I knew it was a mistake. The weight was never mentioned, nor was assembly. I am 82. I simply cannot safely maneuver a doll that weighs over 100 lbs! I never removed it from tis box...and yet I am being told that the BEST I can hope for is to be allowed to return it and pay the postage. I really feel the absence of copy regarding the dolls weight was misleading. I do hope this can be resolved equitably.
