On June 22, 2025, Top Fire Doll officially released their newly designed skull structure. This new skull is crafted through precision engineering and manufactured using advanced injection molding techniques. The internal structure features multiple reserved screw holes and mechanical components, allowing for flexible integration with various movable parts and electronic accessories.
Compared to traditional manually sculpted plaster or resin skulls, this newly developed skull offers a more refined and precise structural design. It also significantly enhances the doll’s durability and makes future maintenance much more convenient.
At present, this newly developed skull has been officially put into use, and the majority of Top Fire Doll’s head sculpts are now produced using this new structure. However, for certain smaller-sized or uniquely shaped heads, the previous skull version is still utilized to ensure proper proportions and structural integrity.
