1. Changes to Shipping Information

If you need to pick up your package at a FedEx/UPS store, please inform us of the store address before the package is shipped. You must confirm with the store whether they allow pick-up to prevent the package from being delivered to an invalid or refused address.

1.3 Change of Delivery Time/Delay

If you are unable to receive the package at the courier’s estimated time, you can directly contact the courier to change the delivery time and inform us at service@betterlovedoll.com.

2. Shipping Delays

If the delivery of your doll exceeds 60 working days, we will provide a full refund and ship a replacement doll to you free of charge.

The following special circumstances are not subject to the above time limit:

  • If the product includes special features such as electric hips, oral functions, or implanted hair, or if you have specific requirements that extend production time, a separate delivery time will be agreed upon. If certain features require additional payment or confirmation before production, the delivery time will be calculated from the completion of confirmation.
  • If the product is shipped from China and production time is significantly extended due to special holidays or factory scheduling.
  • If the product is from brands with long production times, such as Elsa Babe or Fanreal. Please refer to the production time table above.
  • For U.S. warehouses, the maximum delivery time is 10 days, with a compensation eligibility period of 20 days. For European and Canadian warehouses, the maximum delivery time is 15 days, with a compensation eligibility period of 30 days. In case of out-of-stock situations at overseas warehouses, we will contact customers within 2 working days of order placement, and the compensation eligibility period starts from the final order confirmation.
  • If the delivery personnel repeatedly contact the recipient, but the recipient fails to clear customs or pick up the package, resulting in the package being returned or lost, we bear no responsibility.

  • 1.1.4 For U.S. warehouses, the maximum delivery time is 10 days, and the compensation claim period is 20 days. For European and Canadian warehouses, the maximum delivery time is 15 days, and the compensation claim period is 30 days. In case of out-of-stock situations at overseas warehouses, we will contact the customer within 2 working days after the order is placed, and the compensation claim period will start from the final order confirmation date.
  • 1.1.5 If the delivery personnel repeatedly attempt to contact the recipient, but the recipient fails to clear customs or collect the item, resulting in the item being returned or lost, we will not bear any responsibility.

If you discover minor damage during unboxing, such as broken eyebrows or nails, makeup smudging, minor skin tears, or protruding fingers, please contact us with photos and videos to apply for compensation. Compensation will range from $10 to $100.

2.2 Major Damage

If the product arrives with significant damage, such as severe skin damage, broken limbs, or other body part fractures, please contact us immediately with photos and videos of the damage. We will provide a full refund or reship the product. Return shipping costs will be borne by us, not you!

If, within 30 days of receiving the product, the doll sustains major damage due to non-human factors, such as fractures in major skeletal components (torso, thighs, etc.) or large-scale skin cracking due to material or quality issues, we will provide partial or full compensation based on the extent of the damage.

1. Pre-Shipment Refund

Betterlovedoll offers a worry-free refund guarantee for impulsive purchases. You may request a full refund at any time before the product is shipped. For refunds, please contact service@betterlovedoll.com.

How to confirm if your purchased product has been shipped?

  • For products from local warehouses, you must contact us within 12 working hours. After 12 working hours, the product is considered shipped by default.
  • For customized products, we will arrange factory production within 1 working day. After production is completed, the product will be shipped within 1 working day. Therefore, the full refund period for customized products is: 1 day + the corresponding factory production time + 1 day. 2. In-Transit Refund

Even if your product has already been shipped, you can still request a refund. However, you must contact us before the product arrives and follow our instructions to refuse delivery upon receipt. Once the entire process is completed, we will refund the balance after deducting all shipping fees and tariffs.

If the delivery of your purchased Betterlovedoll exceeds 60 working days, we will provide a full refund and ship the doll to you free of charge.

The following special circumstances are exempt from the above time limits:

  • For products with special functions (e.g., motorized hips, oral functions, implanted hair, etc.) or if the customer’s special requirements for doll functions cause extended production time, the shipping time will be separately agreed upon. If certain functions require additional payment or confirmation before production, the compensation period starts from the completion of confirmation.
  • If the product is shipped from China and production time is significantly extended due to special holidays or factory scheduling.

Hard Hands and Hard Feet are the default configuration for MMX Doll.

This feature refers to the hands and feet being made with a higher-density silicone formula, resulting in a firmer surface and core. This allows the hands and feet to better retain their shape and intricate textures, making them resistant to deformation caused by squeezing or pressure. Such a design excels in long-term display, pose stability, and resistance to wear and aging.

Typically, because the silicone used for the hard hands and feet is much firmer than that of the main body, visible seam lines often appear at their connection points.

MMX Doll addresses this by applying a multi-layer gradient transition technique, which softens and minimizes the appearance of these seams, creating a more natural and harmonious overall look.




Skeleton

MMX Doll uses the EVO skeleton. The EVO skeleton features a movable joint at the collarbone, allowing the shoulders to move more flexibly and naturally.

The elbows, knees, and hips adopt a double-joint structure, significantly enhancing the range of motion and stability of the limbs. This enables more precise, multi-angle dynamic poses, balancing realism with playability.

Building on this, the main structure of MMX Doll’s skeleton is made from 304 stainless steel, while the joints are crafted from manganese alloy steel.

This combination provides higher material hardness, greater wear resistance, and a longer lifespan.

MMX Doll offers three skeleton tightness options:

1.Standard Skeleton

This option is the default skeleton. Its joints are the tightest among all options, requiring some effort to change the dolls pose. In return, the pose-holding strength is the strongest.


2.Semi-Loose Skeleton

The semi-loose skeleton falls between standard and fully loose. The joints have lower resistance, making movement easier, while still retaining some pose-holding ability.It is suitable for users who want easier joint movement and occasional posing.

The semi-loose skeleton can stand but cannot remain standing for long periods.

3.Fully Loose Skeleton
